Hello, Did anybody use Jentner Digital II Electroplater for Au electroplating?

I was trying to electroplate 1 um thick Au on a Ti/Au seed layer (~50-80 nm). After 20 mins of plating, the layer was peeled off. Is there any way to avoid this issue? Thanks in advance! Best, Protap
