Does any one answer if Tyloxapol gives a smooth de clumped culture of M tuberculosis?

I am trying to get a mycobacterial suspension culture which should be totally declumped. I am using 0.05% tween but failed to get desired smoothness with Mtb. Can any body give me some inputs...
