Is there any recovery method when mistakenly added 500 microliter of water instead of 50 microliter in the elution of DNA during plasmid extraction?

I would like to know, does it make difference if the volume of eluent is more eg. added 500 microliter instead of 50 microliter? Does it differ in DNA concentration? Thank you in advance.

Is it applicable to re-use agarose gel containing EtBr by melting it again?

I would like to know that can we reuse agarose gel containing EtBr by remelting it again since it got solid before it is poured into the gel tray? Do I have to add EtBr again in that agarose gel?...
