Can anyone suggest cytotoxic dose of E.coli LPS to THP 1 cells within 24 hrs while doing an MTT assay?

I did MTT assay to analyse the toxic dose of LPS to THP 1 cells. 24 hr exposure of 25ug/ml Ecoli 0111:B4 (Sigma) LPS didn't showed toxicity. can any one have suggestions, please help me.
