Peak clusters in HCD MS2 spectra of 8plex iTRAQ labeled samples?

I have noticed that there are peak clusters in 8plex iTRAQ labeled samples that look similar to the reporter ion peak clusters, except that the masses are off by a large m/z. There are 4 clusters...
