How to calculate Coefficient of Horizontal Subgrade Reaction (Kh) of C-phi soil? For working on laterally loaded piles installed in c-phi soil?

I got many literature on Kh values for sands and clays. But didn't for c-phi soil Please Suggest... Is there any lab test for calculating the same in laboratory. Or Is there any correlation's...
