Does anybody know what the best dilution is for primary and secondary antibodies for detection of phospho-NFkB/65 (ser 536) and phospho-JNK MAPK?

I use cell signaling Ab for the tissues from mice but couldn't get the band for p-NFkB/p65 and p-JNK MAPKwith dilution 1:1000 (primary) and 1:2500 (secondary).
