Do I have to adjust ph of reactive orange dye solution to 5 from 7 ph?

i have to adjust ph of reactive orange dye solution to 5 from ph 7..kindly tell how can i manually change the ph...means to make ph 5 which concentration of HCl will be used and how much volume...
