How to calculate amount of water needed to add to a pot with 2 kg soil and a growing plant to maintain moisture at 30% field capacity?

I want to grow plant under water stress (30% field capacity). But I don't know how to calculate amount of water needed to maintain soil moisture at 30% field capacity in pot with growing plant....
