Is there a R library for biomass estimation from stratified random trawl surveys?

I intend to check biomass outputs from our software with those produced by statistical sofware, specially with R. Yet I did not find suitable libraries for this purpose. Any suggestions?

I recently identified these as Idiacanthus atlanticus, based on the photographs sent here. Is this correct?

Specimens caught in daytime, about two days ago. Tow depth was about 300 m, East of Tierra del Fuego.
