The PCR product size?

I would like to be sure about this. size of the PCR product should be" 347-77= 270 or 366-77=289. I think will be 270 but need to be sure. Thanks

How can I know that I have a good sequencing?

If I have about 90% homology with the gene that I did for it DNA sequencing and about 66% homology with protein. It is mean a good results? Thanks
