Good evening all. I would like to ask there are specific pcr conditions when cleaning up a pcr product before using the sanger sequencer?

I have my pcr product now in the process of cleaning up prior to sequencing, are there specifications of setting up of the pcr machine when cleaning these pcr products. kindly assist
