I am trying to look at dental composite in SEM and I want to see the 40nm fillers. Any advice on how to prepare the specimens?

I have tried fracturing the composite and looking at the fractured edge. I was wondering about burning out the resin or trying to dissolve it. Thanks!! -Nate
