Hi everyone, I'm doing a calcium-dependent aggregation assay and my protocol says I need to use 1% agar coated plates?

However that is all it says, so I was wondering if the agar is Lb agar and how much I should put in a 24-well plate, taking into account that I need to take confocal images of the cells later.
