Does anyone know how long plasmid DNA (without lipofectamine) would stay stable in OPTI-MEM reduced serum ?

I have accidentally added large amount of plasmid DNA to the OPTI-MEM serum (not mixed with lipofectamine yet) and I want to know if I can keep the mixture to use later?
