Does WASP (Water Quality Analysis Simulation Program) is able to simulate seawater intrusion due to sea level rise?

I would like to use a water quality model for simulating contaminant transport through estuaries. Planning to use WASP model by EPA. I really appreciate if anybody can comment on this.
