Are the nematophagous bacteria belong to the group of PGPR (plant growth promoting rhizobacteria)?

I found in many articles that bacillus sp and pseudomonas sp are the principal nematophagous bacteria which formed too the prncipal species of PGPR?can any one explain to me please?

Which in vitro culture media are selective for nematophagous fungi?

well, when i isolate the fungi from soil i use agar-agar medium, PDA(potato dextrose agar), CMA( corn meal agar) and czapeck medium and when i purify them i use just CMA, PDA and czapeck medium.
