Pericarp structure, has there are Works on the anatomy of the pirecarp acorn oak ?

The pericarp is formed of three layers: outwards by an epidermis or epicarp, towards the interior by the endocarp and in the center by the mesocarp? or these layers are specific to fleshy fruits.
