Hello! Can anybody help me with the species identification of these two ticks please? I think they are probably from migratory birds... Mónica

I'm trying to do LAMP but with degenerated primers for relapsing fever borrelia group. Does anyone have experience with it?

I know that regarding the concentration of primers I've have to used 4 to 5x more and I've done that. However only one species amplifies. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance! :)
