I'd like to know what are the differences between Zinc Rich Epoxy and Zinc Ethyl Silicate paints?

Especially concerning paint chemistry and paint components (pigments, resin, hardener, etc.) Are Zinc Ethyl Silicates able to provide galvanic protection as Zinc Rich epoxies do?
