In many parts of design process we need "Fstick" & "dFs/dU"... but my question is that when we didn't have any stick like UAV , How can analyze that?

We now that in many design process, analysis of longitudinal stability and etc needs "Stick Force"... But how can we analyze stability and compliance the regulation (like FAR 23) when we don't...
