Can you send me the new international standard of heavy metals concentrations in the industrial wastewater discharges, please give me the reference ?

There are different standards for each factory and for each country for the heavy metals concentration ,but i want to know which one is useful especially in publication case.

I need an answer to this question .Which is the best reactif uses in chemical preciptation to remove heavy metals from wastewater ?

I used befor lime (Ca(OH)2), caustic soda (NaOH) and sodium carbonate (Na2CO3) individually , and i need other reactif to make a comparison study to know the best reactif between them .
