Could anyone explain the reason for exhibiting 3 separated hysteresis loops in an isotherm for a mesoporous material?

I’ve got an abnormal form of isotherm for a mesoporous material which exhibits 3 separated hysteresis loops (please find attached). Could anyone explain the reason for this shape?
