Hai, what are your thoughts on publishing in non-pubmed indexed journal? As I am from India, there are quite good state journals like DJO, TNOA, KJO?

Delhi, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala Ophthalmological societies have their own journals which are unfortunately not indexed in pubmed? What's your take on publishing works in these journals as first choice?

Hai, does anyone have any experience with 'Institute of Scholars(InSc)' awards? Regarding the authenticity?

When I googled, it is a research Institution in Karnataka with quite a number of PhD holders as board members. They are giving away research awards every year since 2015 or something.
