Dear all! how ca I calculate alpha amylase activity?

I did as follow. I mix 1ml of starch with 1ml of crude enzyme. incubated for 15 minutes. After that I added 1ml of DNSA and bioled for 10 moinutes. after boiling i added 5ml of distiled water....
