Are there stabilisers that can be added to primer mixes for long term storage at 4degC?

We perform multiplex PCRs routinely and it would be more convenient if we could store the primer mixes (10-29 primer pairs) in the fridge 4-8degC instead of the freezer to minimise freeze-thaw...
