Hello, we need help for correction baseline on the FTIR ATR Cary 630: How to eliminate spectrum of the solvent? Our spectrum of the solvent (like ethanol) cover up spectrum our investigated substance.

Is it possible to determine Ethacridine lactate in water at 271 nm? Do I have to adjust the pH on a certain value to obtain reproducible results?

pH of solutions is 6. Interday and intraday reproducibility is not possible. The same solutions, made from standard stock solution, have different absorbance values.
