We are performing the hemolysis assay in hydrogels which are more solid-like, we are wondering which size of the material should be used, and in which volume of the erythrocyte solution.

I have a question concerning the culture of NIH 3T3 (or other fibroblasts cell lines such as Swiss 3T3), which serum do you recommend?

Basically, ATCC recommends calf serum (CS) instead of fetal bovine serum for NIH 3T3, what are you experiences regarding these serums with these cell lines.
