Is it possible that OPP is different enough a alkyne analogue of puromycin that you can use it to label cells transduced with pac gene?

I transduced cells with a puromycin resistant gene (pac) and selected my shRNA cells with puromycin but I want to now carry out a puromycylation assay and can't find an alternative...
