What is optimal buffer for saliva immunoglobulins testing with lateral flow immunoassay?

Hi to everyone! Does anybody know optimal buffer for detecting HIV-IgG with lateral flow immunoassay using saliva as a specimen type? I think that i need a buffer for LFIA becouse saliva too...
