Which kind of cancer cells grows faster, Hacat cells or Caco 2 cells? and which one has a strong peptide bond?

I want to do an experiment on these two types of cells (Hacat and Caco 2). I want to know which one needs more time with trypsin to break the peptide bonds. Thank you
