Does anyone have an idea of how can I generate human monocyte-derived macrophages which can be similar to mouse peritoneal macrophages?

Do you think a simple stimulation by LPS and IFN-g of mono-derived macs (7days with 50ng/mL M-CSF) can mimic the peritoneal micro-environment ?
