I am trying to form chitosan nanoparticle by ionic geletion method. After mixing chitosan and tpp, do we have to filter the mixture before centrifuge?

After mixing the chitosan and tpp, the solution has become blurry and after filtering the mixture before centrifuge, I did not get any pellet after centrifuge.

I'm not being able to dissolve chitosan in 1% acetic acid by stirring overnight. Is there any established protocol for dissolving chitosan?

pH is currently 5.2
