Does any one know which solvent should be used for the plant extract used in FRAP antioxidant assays?

The problem is that my Antioxidant solution is soluble in Chloroform, so how can I perform this Assay as standard protocol is to make solution of Ferric chloride, ferry cyanide, trichloroaceteic...
