Has anyone observed that MIN6 progressively express less GLP1R with increasing passage number?

We haven't tested this rigorously, but we think that over time (i.e. over several passages) our MIN6 have less GLP1R expression (qPCR) and I am wondering if anyone has experienced a similar...
