Is there a relatively low-tech way to apply an anti-fogging agent (such as a surfactant) to plastic sheet materials?

I understand a surfactant will act as an anti-fogging agent when applied to a clear surface such as glass or plastic. I am wondering whether it could be applied with a squeegee across the surface...
