If two miRNAs differ in their seed sequence for one nucleotide in the 7 position, do they share the same set of targets?

Do you know of the possibility to obtain a MicroRNA total screening with less than 500 ng of total RNA?

I'm loolikng for a RNA-seq technology tha allow to generate a MicroRNA library (total MicroRNA and not a specific screening of some of them) from less than 500 ng of total RNA extraction.
