I have a method in my thesis wherein i should dilute my 1 x 10^8 CFU/ml to Make it 1x10^5 CFU/ml. Is there any way this is possible?

And is there a standard CFU/ml for yeast (e.g. S. cerevisiae and C. albicans)? I am doing this dilution for may antifungal assay.

I'm doing a standardization for conidial counting for A.niger and R. stolonifer. how can i achieve a cell count of 1x10^5 using a hemacytometer?

And should i sterilize my 0.1% tween-80 solution?
