What positive control is suitable for MTT cytotoxicity test on mouse 3T3 fibroblasts?

I want to do some MTT assays using Mouse 3T3 fibroblasts and do not know the suitable cytotoxic drug which should be ideal for 3T3 cells as a positive control. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
