Does anyone know of a method for covalently bonding CNTs or graphene to PVDF, with any kind of functionalization or other surface treatment?

I'm trying to coat a PVDF membrane with carboxylic acid functionalized MWCNTs. There appears to be some attachment, which according to the literature is likely to due to PVDF H or F interaction...
