I did the MTT test to check the cytotoxicity of my stimulants, but my plate wells remains yellow, instead of becoming purple, that is it normal?

The reagent I use for my MTT test : Thiazolyl Blue Tetrazolium Bromide from SIGMA-ALDRICH.
