Does anyone already used the Paxgene Blood miRNA kit from the PreAnalytx/Qiagen? I'm having some weird results in my ratio 260/230 results

I have my blood in Paxgene RNA tubes. I'm quantifying with nanodrop and the kit handbook is not clear about the blank to used for nanodrop (to do a dilution in tris-hcl 10mM is what they recommend...
