Autonomic dysreflexia (AD) is a life-threatening condition. AD is more frequently reported among SCI patients with higher lesions (e.g. cervical lesions). How about patients with lower lesions?

What is the optimal urodynamic follow-up for spinal cord injured patients with neurogenic detrusor overactivity (supra-sacral lesion)?

Shorter urodynamic follow-up has been suggested for patients presenting uncontrolled DO and/or reduced bladder compliance... However, how about patients doing well on antimuscarinics?
