Can differential scanning fluorometry be performed to analyse stabilising effect of a hydrophobic substrate on protein using Sypro Orange ?

Sypro Orange binds to hydrophobic residues. Can we use this dye to perform DSF given that our protein stabilisers are hydrophobic molecules themselves.?
