I didn't add PHA in my karyotyping Techniques, that's why no metaphase was found my pellet. Pls let me know if any solution is available or not ?

I have done a CA Techniques. I didnt have PHA so I was not added in culture setup. Therefore no metaphase was found my sample any possibility is available to get metaphase in sample pls let me know
