Does anyone know where Lucent's OASiX erbium-doped fiber modeling software is available?

It's an old simulator they used to provide with their doped fiber in the '90s, I wonder if anyone has access to it. Seems it performs iterative solutions of EDFAs and EDFLs across many wavelengths.
