What is a normal TEER value for differentiated Caco-2 cells?

I'm growing Caco-2 cells on microporous membranes, 12-well transwells, 12mm inserts, 0.4micrometer pore size. Does anyone know what the TEER value should be for fully differentiated Caco-2 cells...
