Could you please help me find the proper cultivation date of the prennial wheat grass (Kernza) in a warm climate with a hot summer and mild winter?

I am trying to propagate a few Kernza seeds. need to know more on the proper cultivation date and even a proper method for propagation itself. thank you in advance.
