We are wanting to use the Drust protocol and wondered if anyone has already programmed the HP Cosmos Pulsar treadmill using ParaGraphics and could send me the file to use?

If we want to cause exercise induced muscle damage, what is the best protocol to use on the isokinetic dynamometer when using a recovery intervention?

It will be performed on the lower limb and using eccentric exercise. We were wondering whether 50 max repetitions at 120 degrees per second would actually cause enough damage?
