I am looking into preservice early childhood educators and their preparedness to teach a full inclusion early childhood classroom, any information?

Also, wondering about the effectiveness of full inclusion for children age 3-4 identified with special needs. Currently exploring these two areas of interest to hone my dissertation topic.
